What you'll do
- Inspect at framing, MEP rough-in, insulation, drywall, finish and pre-ship
- Photograph and log findings against each module record
- Place and clear holds; verify rework before a module advances
- Interface with third-party inspectors and state modular program officials
What you bring
- 2+ years in construction QC, inspection or a skilled trade
- Able to read plans and check work against them, not against habit
- Detail-first temperament and willingness to stop a line
- ICC or state modular inspection credential a plus, not required
