What you'll do
- Learn an assigned station under a lead — framing, sheathing, insulation or finish
- Build to drawings and follow the station's work instructions every shift
- Keep tools, materials and the bay clean, stocked and to 5S standards
- Follow safety procedures without exception and speak up when something is off
- Progress toward Production Technician II as skills are signed off
What you bring
- No prior construction experience needed
- Willing to learn, show up on time, and take direction from a lead
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand through a production shift
- Basic comfort with hand tools and a tape measure a plus, not required
- 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
