What you'll do
- Lead a framing crew through daily production to the weekly module cadence
- Frame floor, wall and roof assemblies to engineered drawings and cut lists
- Own layout accuracy and squareness for the modules on your bay
- Train and coach technicians on tooling, jigs and safe practice
- Flag drawing conflicts to engineering before they reach the next station
What you bring
- 3+ years residential or commercial framing, with time leading others
- Confident with tape, laser level, nail guns and table saw
- Able to read shop drawings and interpret a cut list
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand through a production shift
- Modular or panelized experience a plus, not required
