Origin Series.

Production-builder single-family homes. Four core floorplans — Birch, Sycamore, Dogwood, and Hickory — engineered for repeatable factory delivery. From foundation to keys in under 30 days from module set. We don't build one-off houses — we partner with general contractors and builders at scale, with a minimum of four homes per project.

Hospitality is built project-by-project for national flags — Fairfield Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Tru by Hilton, and other limited-service brand programs. We deliver fully finished stacked-key modules to brand-prototype standards; lobby, F&B, and amenities are site-built.
