Eight metros.
One factory.

Our trucking radius covers every major metro in the Southeast — Nashville, Huntsville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Birmingham, Louisville, Memphis and the surrounding suburbs. The factory sits at the geographic center of the region, so no module ships more than a day.

Factory to crane.
On a published cadence.

Every project gets a delivery schedule we publish weeks in advance. Modules ship before the project construction begins, staged near site, and crane-set on the dates we promised.

Phase 01

Factory Production Stage

Modules complete final inspection and are wrapped, sealed, and staged in our yard ready to be picked up by the transporter.

Phase 02

Oversized Load Module Haul

DOT-permitted carriers run the route from factory to job-site. We use the same three companies across every project to ensure reliability and protection of your finished goods. Pilot trucks accompany each transport and are staged at a storage yard or at the project site.

Phase 03

Crane & Module Setting

Modules arrive at site between 6–10am. Crane-set typically completes 2-4 modules per day per set crew. Project set cadence, crane pick schedule, and final 'stitch' completion can ramp up or down depending on scale, delivery timeline and budget.

We're occasionally able to take on projects outside the standard service area, particularly for sponsors with multi-site portfolios. Send us your site and we'll evaluate the trucking economics in 48 hours.
